One more pound gone this week! I thought I might have lost a little more this week because I was able to get in two additional workouts, but I’m still happy with the results. Both of my additional workouts were an hour long yoga class so while I was moving and burning calories, it wasn’t an intense cardio session.
Today we climbed the ladder. We started with 100 reps of high knees and went down to 10 plank ups. And you can’t go down the ladder without going back up, right? So we did all the exercises again, in reverse order.
All the workouts in this program are intense but this one seemed the hardest. I was also pretty sore the next day, especially my shoulders and chest. I think that had to do with the fact that we did 100 pushups!
I’m looking forward to next week’s fitness evaluation. I know I’ve improved my strength and endurance but I’ll be able to see by exactly how much very soon.
