Evaluation Day! I was excited to get things started because I knew I would improve and really wanted to know by how much. On the first day of class 8 weeks ago I said I wanted to double or triple my numbers and I did it (for the most part). I also lost 2 pounds this week which is a nice pump from the previous weeks where I’ve stayed consistently at a 1 pound weight loss.
I’ve really enjoyed these 8 weeks and am thrilled with the results. Instead of jumping right into another session, I want to see how I do on my own. I would like to continue with the weight loss or at least maintain it at a minimum. My plan is to continue with the 5:30am workouts twice a week either by going to my gym or doing something at home. I just need to be mindful of the intensity because I won’t have the fabulous Kim there to keep me going when it gets hard. :) Also, the holidays are right around the corner which is always includes food, treats, and over indulging. I just want to be aware of what I’m eating. I know it’s okay to have a treat but I need to compensate that with a workout.
