You can do anything for 30 seconds, right?! That’s what Kim kept telling us today as we were on the tennis courts at Hillside Park. Instead of the usual 1 or 2 minute intervals, each exercise was for 30 seconds. Easy, right? Wrong! We did back to back, non-stop exercises for 30 seconds each. Of course we could take a quick break for water, but then it was right back at it.
There were lots of squats, burpees, bicep curls and “super moms” which is pictured here. We even took a few quick laps around the tennis court. I’m excited to see what we’ve been able to do as a group after just 8 weeks!
Even though our session is ending, our group has planned a get together in early October. It’s been great hanging out with these women at 5:30am so I know I’ll enjoy their company at a more reasonable hour.
