Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.


Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for women to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments along with 2 HIIT classes per week

Our meal plans, accountability, and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.


Body Back® Boost classes are a perfect place for former clients to go once they have reached their goals in the 8 week session format. It is also a great place for clients who need flexibility with their schedule, or are not ready or interested in a whole life change or nutritional component. This class is not appropriate for expectant or newly postpartum mothers. Body Back Boost class holders may not attend assessment classes and due to the nature of our Body Back® classes must enroll for class at least 12 hours prior.
