Body Back® Boost - Weekday Classes

Body Back® Boost classes are a perfect place for former clients to go once they have reached their goals in the 8 week session format. It is also a great place for clients who need flexibility with their schedule, or are not ready or interested in a whole life change or nutritional component. This class is not appropriate for expectant or newly postpartum mothers. Body Back Boost class holders may not attend assessment classes and due to the nature of our Body Back® classes must enroll for class at least 12 hours prior.
