Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Run Club is for you!!

Run Club is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, etc.

Our Training Programs include:

  • Two weekly coached training runs with additional runs completed on your own
  • A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other moms working towards the same goal
  • A Fit4Mom t-shirt/tank
  • Private Facebook group for members to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
  • Shoe and/or sports bra fitting at a local running store

    Strollers are welcome (but optional) during our training runs. Ask about a special discount for family members interested in joining with you.

    Race registration is not included with the Run Club training program.

    Training Programs

    If you’ve ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don’t know how to get started, this program is for you. This class is designed for the beginner and to accomplish a 5K run (3.1 miles). You’ll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe.

    Classes will meet for 10 weeks and will finish with a 5K Race. We will meet two days per week and you will run 1-2 days per week on your own or with another club member.

    If you’ve ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don’t know how to get started, this program is for you. We will train you in baby steps (or strolls) even if you’ve never run before. This class is designed for the beginner and to accomplish a 10K run (6.2 miles). You’ll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe.

    Classes will meet for 10 weeks and will finish with a real 10K race, the Ringing in Hope 1K/5K/10K on May 29, 2017. We will meet as a class two days per week and you will run 1-2 days per week on your own or with other club members.

    If you’ve ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don’t know how to get started, this program is for you. This class is designed for the beginner to intermediate and advanced runner to accomplish a Half Marathon run (13.1 miles). You will learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe.

    Classes will meet for 11 weeks and will finish with a real race – the Wine Country Half Marathon. We will meet as a group twice per week and you will be expected to run twice a week on your own or with other club members.
