Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using resistance bands, the stroller, and the environment. Prenatal and postnatal fitness class.

Stroller Barre is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class focused on vertical core work designed to improve posture, stability and mobility simultaneously. This workout brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. The classes will help mama regain posture and alignment while strengthening her body from the inside out. Stroller Barre will help mom reconnect with her body, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles. Pre- and postnatal fitness class.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby (6+ months ago) or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal potential in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration, and motivation in every class. Perfect for maintaining workout schedule and accountability between 8-week sessions.

Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout. Body Back is where inspiration meets transformation: body, mind and soul.

The Transformation program includes goal setting, a menu plan, fitness assessments and coaching along with two high-intensity workouts per week.

Body Back® BOOST is a total-body, high-intensity interval training workout. This is a child free workout. Body Back® BOOST is ongoing, not a session format. Start anytime and stay as long as you like! Memberships and 10 class passes available. This workout is not appropriate during pregnancy.

Register for class at least 12 hours in advance.

A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Run Days designed to increase endurance.
