Body Back® Workout

Body Back® Workout is a total-body, high-intensity interval training workout. This is a child free workout. Body Back® BOOST is ongoing, not a session format. Start anytime and stay as long as you like! Memberships and 10 class passes available. This workout is not appropriate during pregnancy.

Register for class at least 12 hours in advance.
