Body Back® Workout

Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago. We offer a holistic approach: mind-body-spirit, balanced fitness with like-minded mamas. This fitness program is designed for moms of any stage to challenge themselves to reach their fullest potential in a supportive and inspiring environment. We strive to empower women to take an hour out of her day to re-charge, challenge herself and connect with other women. We give women the strength in motherhood.
Memberships and 10 class passes available. This workout is not appropriate during pregnancy.


Register for class at least 12 hours in advance.
