As soon as you create a Pike13 Account, one FREE class will be imported into your account. This FREE Class Pass will not expire so if you are unable to attend class on the day you enroll, do not worry! You can always join us on another day.
You will be prompted to sign a Liability Waiver via email. Please do this prior to attending your first class.
Our first priority is the happiness of your baby. If your child is crying at Stroller Strides®, know that you aren't alone. From time to time all of the children get restless during class. You are also welcome to bring toys, coloring books, books, or snacks for your kiddo.
Because we stop in regular intervals for body toning, you can always catch up with us if you fall behind. If your baby ever fusses so much that you miss class, we will be happy to credit you another class. Our instructors will do their very best to make class enjoyable.
Remember, this is an atmosphere where children are WELCOME (even crying children)! We all understand that from time to time, they have bad days.
Stroller Strides® is a power-walking class but some members may choose to jog or run. Choose a stroller that is sturdy and make sure it is one that you are comfortable using on different types of surfaces.
We know your kids often want to get out of the stroller and join in the class, but we encourage you to keep your children in the stroller for the duration of class. Their safety is our biggest priority!
If you really enjoy our Stroller Strides® class, but your little one has a tough class - please know that our instructors are there to help and we are glad to offer you another free class if you'd like to come back! Many times our little ones just need a few class to adjust to the idea of being in the stroller for an hour at a time.
Yes, yes, yes! We would LOVE it if you did as women greatly benefit from exercising throughout their pregnancies! We do ask that you have your doctor complete and return the Stroller Strides Physician Approval Form found at the bottom of this page. This is extremely important as you should ALWAYS consult with your doctor prior to beginning any exercise program.
