What should I bring to class?

  • water
  • sunblock (for you & the kiddos if class is outside!)
  • mat or towel for abdominal exercises
  • baby essentials
  • stroller
  • eat a healthy breakfast or light snack before coming to class - this is very important if you are a nursing mother
  • consider bringing a post-class snack with you, especially if you plan to stick around after class for awhile (We like to chat after and the kiddos like to play, no matter where we are!)
