If you’ve ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don’t know how to get started, this program is for you. This class is designed for the beginner and to accomplish a 5K run (3.1 miles). You’ll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe.
Classes will meet for 8 weeks and will finish with a 5K Race. We will meet one day per week (with bonus weekly training) and you will run 1-2 days per week on your own or with another club member.
