Favorite Local Holiday Pies

A common question we hear at class and at our events is "where do you get your holiday pies?" So we polled Our Village and compiled our top 5 local favorite places to get holiday pies! (P.S. these are in no particular order!)

1. Mom's Apple Pie - with two locations, in Leesburg and Round Hill, Mom's is a popular stop for all the pies! Pro tip: go to their Round Hill location for a shorter wait, or call ahead to see if they still have the flavor you're looking for (they can't hold it, but sometime they will put your name on it if you're on your way!). And their chocolate pecan pie is so good!

2. Brossman's Family Farm - you may have seen this family farm stand along 15 near Lucketts. They're a local go-to for all things produce, pumpkins, Christmas trees (those arrive 11/24!), and baked goods.

3. Tipped Cow Creamery - ice cream shop by day, ICE CREAM HOLIDAY PIES by season. What?! If you have had their ice cream, you know their pies are good.

4. The Conche - best known for their chocolate-infused everything, they actually have some pretty amazing holiday pies too! If you're trying to figure out how to order online, head to their Boutique page.

5. The Difference Baker - this local shop is the best if you have any allergies in the family. While it might be too late to pre-order for Thanksgiving definitely keep them in mind for future holidays, or stop in their Ashburn location to see what they have on hand!

And, while not exactly a "local" business, if all else fails, Costco has your back! Who would you add to this list?
