As we get closer to Easter everyone is on the hunt (pun intended) for the best egg hunts. We are sharing a few of our favorites here in Loudoun County! Which egg hunt would you add to the list?
Great Country Farms (Ages 0-10)
- Dates: March 22-April 1 (includes weekdays)
- Cost: $7.99 + regular farm admission
- Why we like it: They offer ongoing hunts throughout the day on multiple days. GCF has a separate egg hunt area for 2-3 year olds where parents can assist their child, and an area for 4-10 years olds who can find eggs on their own. They also recycle their eggs and buckets so you don't have to take home plastic eggs, and have marshmallow roasting which is included.
- Date: Wednesday, March 27 - 11:00 AM-12:30 PM
- Cost: $15 online (adults free), $20 walk up (if available)
- Why we like it: Tickets only required for children (ages 2-11) and includes access to the farm, plus they have crafts and photos with the Easter Bunny
- Date: Saturday, March 23 (multiple time slots)
- Cost: $10 per child ages 1-8 (online registration required & closes 3/22)
- Why we like it: Dedicated time slot when booking; lower cost; eggs are empty so no risk of allergies or choking hazards (they trade them in for a treat bag!)
